This project brought the iconic Ottolenghi brand to a new audience, welcoming crowds of luxury-seeking international tourists. Here, amidst the spacious new location, Ottolenghi introduces its renowned fresh flavours in a setting that exudes modern luxury.
Borne Interiors created furniture that reflects Ottolenghi’s fresh cuisine with a nod to nature, using light woods and elegantly curved banquette seating. The result is a light and airy restaurant, with furniture that is not only robust enough to keep up with the high volume of diners but also exudes a premium feel that luxury shoppers expect.
